What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your personal information and order history will be permanently removed from our systems.

You will no longer be able to access your Routag account or services.

This action is irreversible.

What is Retained After Deletion

To comply with legal regulations and financial requirements, we may retain:

Transaction Records: Financial records and transaction history for up to 7 years (for tax and regulatory compliance).

Compliance Data: Identity verification records where legally required.

Dispute Resolution: Records related to ongoing disputes or claims (retained until resolved).

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Completed deletions may take up to 30 days to fully propagate across all systems.
